Property assistant conversations
If you use our AI property assistant, separate conversations are saved in this browser until you delete them. Your messages are sent to our AI service to answer your questions using current estate information. Avoid sharing passwords, bank details or identity documents in chat. You can delete a conversation from its chat history.
What we collect
When you book an inspection, request a price list, chat with us, apply for a job, join as an affiliate or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, phone number, email, location and message. We also note how you found us (for example a referral link or social media) so we can credit affiliates correctly.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange inspections, process purchases and payments, prepare your property documents, review job and affiliate applications, and — only if you subscribed — send estate news and guides.
Who we share it with
Only LEEL staff who need it to serve you. If you were referred by an affiliate, they can see that you enquired and your sale status. We do not sell your information. We may share it where the law requires, for example with regulators or for land title registration.
How we protect it
Your records are stored on secure servers. Staff access is limited by role, and property documents are only shared with you through your private client portal.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Purchase records and documents are kept for the life of your property ownership with us.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Contact us using the details below.
