You can ask LEEL Real Estate Limited to delete your messages and personal data at any time.
What you can ask us to delete
Messages you sent us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp, enquiry and chat records, newsletter subscriptions, and other personal details we hold about you.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include: • Your full name • The channel you used (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website) • Your profile name, Instagram username or phone number so we can find your records • What you want deleted (everything, or specific messages)
What happens next
We will confirm we received your request within 3 working days, may ask you to verify your identity, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
What we may need to keep
If you have bought a property or made payments, we must keep purchase, payment and legal documents as required by Nigerian law and accounting rules. We will delete everything else and tell you what was kept and why.
Messages on Meta's apps
Deleting data from our portal does not remove the conversation from your own Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp app. You can delete it there yourself at any time.
